Three courtrooms, one campus.
The CDTA campus is in downtown Indio. Instruction happens in working courtrooms rather than lecture theaters, which is the whole design.

Where the teaching happens.
A California Trial Courtroom
A fully functioning authentic California trial courtroom. It is where most instruction happens, so the room you learn in is the room you will one day work in.
A California Appellate Courtroom
A realistic appellate courtroom for argument practice, where the questions come from the bench and there is no jury to persuade.
A Federal Courtroom
An operational federal courtroom on the same campus, so federal practice is not an abstraction.
Walk the building before you visit.
The trial, appellate and federal courtrooms are the reason to come and see the campus. This is all three of them, from wherever you are.
When classes meet
Evenings. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings, 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Saturdays. Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Saturday is also when the Saturday Enrichment Program and the weekly Barrister luncheon run.
Getting here
The campus is at 45-290 Fargo Street, Indio, CA 92201, in downtown Indio, minutes from the Riverside County Superior Court at the Larson Justice Center. Most students drive in from across the valley: Palm Desert, La Quinta, Palm Springs, Coachella, Cathedral City and Rancho Mirage are all a short trip.
The desert’s first and only law school. Proudly serving all of Southern California, accepting applications from Imperial, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties.
Living fifty miles or more away? The Distance Learning Option may apply to you.
The courtrooms are the reason to visit rather than read. Call (760) 342-0900 and ask the Admissions Office to arrange a look around, or send a message.
