The Benefits of Attending CDTA Through Our Distance Learning Platform
California Desert Trial Academy, College of Law, has the solution to make your dreams a reality with a distance learning platform. Perhaps you have dreamt of being a lawyer since you were a child, envisioning yourself commanding a courtroom in front of a jury and seeking justice for others as an advocate. You may have put those dreams on hold as the demands of family and career took precedence.
At CDTA, you can earn your J.D. in four years, while still maintaining your full-time employment and managing the needs of your family. Our classes are held in the evening, three nights a week, allowing you to work during the day. Our Saturday Enrichment Program is reserved for strengthening your writing skills and networking with the local legal community.
The majority of our students do work while in law school, either full or part-time and many are parents. If you are unable to attend CDTA in person, we offer a unique, State Bar approved, hybrid program. You can attend CDTA through our digital Zoom platform from anywhere you have a laptop and a wifi connection. You will log into the classroom at the same time as your fellow students. You will participate in the class in real-time with the ability to ask the professor or other students questions, brief cases and fully engage in class.
You will then join us, in person, for the Saturday Enrichment Program to practice what you have learned during the week and prepare for exams. In addition, all classes are recorded and available for you to revisit 24/7!
